Ingredients (for 2 servings):
– 400ml natural yoghurt
– 200g fresh blueberries
– 80g oats
– 40g chopped cashew nuts
Directions:
1 Toast oats and chopped cashew nuts ~2-4 minutes until golden at medium heat (no oil, no butter)
2 Sprinkle washed blueberries over the yoghurt
3 Sprinkle warm toasted oats and cashew nuts over the yoghurt
